Most BIM coordination on a project is architectural, structural and mechanical. Electrical, instrumentation and controls arrive late, get modelled thinly, and discover their conflicts in the field — where a clash costs a change order instead of an afternoon.
We model the disciplines that usually get modelled last, to the level of detail that makes clash detection mean something: cable tray and conduit routing that reflects real bend radii, panels with the door swing and working clearance the code actually requires, and device locations that a commissioning engineer can reach.

We work inside the client's or the design team's model environment and to their standards. If your project has a BIM execution plan, we work to it; if it does not, we will tell you what we need agreed before modelling starts, because retrofitting a naming convention halfway through is how model coordination turns expensive.
Why this sits next to our controls work
This is the part most modelling shops cannot offer. The same team that models the conduit route also designs the control system, builds the panel and commissions it. So the model is informed by what happens after it — where a technician needs to stand, which panel gets opened during a live maintenance window, which run has to be pulled first.
A model produced by people who have never commissioned the system is geometrically correct and operationally naive. That distinction shows up in the field, not in the clash report.
